Unified fragmented sourcing, trading and analytics tools into one task-driven platform for HSBC Asset Management, cutting the manual reconciliation that slowed decisions.
Rebuilt dense, legacy allocation screens as exception-driven workflows — making high-volume, high-risk post-trade work safer without removing information.
Digitised a voice-driven swap market with a privacy-first Request-for-Trade model that respected existing dealer behaviour instead of forcing a transparent order book.
Replaced fragmented regional login systems with one configurable global platform, and designed OTPless push and QR login without weakening security.
Research across the UK, Mexico and Canada shaped a single view over personal and business finances — kept intentionally separate, never merged.
Mapped RMs' fragmented, multi-system sales journeys and consolidated them into one in-the-moment workflow for client meetings.
Unified video, sensor data, analytics and comms into one spatial workspace for security operators — reducing false positives and cognitive load under pressure. Co-authored two patents on multi-camera tracking. Winner, IFSEC Future of Security.
